If the buyer is willing to get installation of machinery from an expert team of Essarcon, such a request shall be made in writing to Essarcon 15 days prior.
Essarcon convenience, terms and conditions for installation of machinery will be communicated to the buyer via any source of communication within 7 working days.
The responsibility of the buyer is to inform Essarcon about any defect, malfunction, error in the working process of machinery within 4 days from its understanding.
The responsibility of the buyer is to maintain all related invoices, warranty cards, documents for claiming the warranty in its valid period directly from the manufacturing company.
The responsibility of the buyer is to follow all rules and regulations of concern state in which said machinery is under operation and Essarcon is waived from any such responsibility.
Failure of machines in its required purpose due to use of bad quality raw materials, handling by unskilled staff, not following standard level protocols, Essarcon shall not be held liable for any unwanted result, loss, damages or failure. The buyer is solely responsible for any such outcome.
The buyer indemnifies Essarcon for any damage or loss to the machinery, attachments, and tools in the process of loading, transportation, unloading and installation by any third party.
The responsibility of the buyer is to give proper training to staff for better understanding and working of the said machinery.
The responsibility of the buyer is to take all appropriate steps to prevent accidents at the site of installation and operation of said machinery.
The buyer shall provide the required standard for installation of machinery on his site. Any lack of services can lead to dysfunction of machinery and Essarcon should not be held liable for the same.
