Take, for example, an ACB Pro 17 Plant, with a capacity of 17 m3 per day.
In general practice, with each cubic meter of aerated concrete produced, many of our customers earn an average of Rs. 500-1000 net profit. Let's take a minimum of Rs. 500
Suppose you are doing not 17 m3 per day, but 10 m3, performing around 60% of the planned capacity.
Imagine that we will work not every day, but with weekly offs i.e. 25 days a month
Rs. 500 x 10 m3 = Rs. 5,000 / Day
Rs. 5000 x 25 days = Rs. 1,25,000 / Month.
Rs. 1,25,000 x 12 months = Rs. 15,00,000 / year.
Rs. 1,25,000 of net monthly profit, Deducting all expenses (for raw materials, salaries, electricity etc.)
