GEOLITE Bricks are high in quality & low in price. With very less water absorption ratio. It shows great thermal & acoustic insulation property. Due to cellular structure and larger size, Handling and construction is done easily, rapidly with much superior finish.

Steel Requirement in building Structure is less due to lighter weight (Dead Weight) of wall construction,

savings up to 15% in the material

• Lower water absorption property of these blocks will help to reduce cracks in walls

Savings

Difference Between AAC and ALC/NAAC Blocks
Block manufacturing process up to cutting is Similar in both AAC and ALC/NAAC. Only difference is curing type. Any ALC Plant can be upgraded to AAC in future by adding Autoclave and Boiler

What is AAC ( Autoclaved Aerated Concrete ) Block : This is Cured in Pressurized Steam ( Typically 12KG Pressure / 190Deg Celsius Temperature ). Due to Pressure and temperature, Block achieves it full strength in Approx 12 Hrs.
Here Strength of Blocks is fixed after curing, There's NO Change of strength in future.
Typically this method is used for higher capacity plants. Here Less Cementing material used but Steam cost is there so Production cost is almost similar to Water cured Blocks.
Plant cost is very High Compared to Water Curing plant - Example - 17M3/Day AAC Plant Machinery cost approx - 80 Lac

What is ALC ( Aerated Lightweight Concrete ) / NAAC ( Non AAC ) Block : This is cured with Water , Just like we cure normal concrete by sprinkling water 2 times a Day. Here Block gets full strength ( To Test ) after 28 Days. But we can ship and utilize product after 10 Days. ( Curing process consumes water inside block which we used while mixing ).
Strength of block gains Day by Day.

This method is used for small capacity plants up to 40M3/Day
