ABOUT ALC/NAAC MACHINERY :

Production lines for ALC blocks vary in configuration and productivity, respectively. One should take several parameters into account in order to choose the equipment wisely: the required number of blocks (M3), the Land (space) and the budget.

Our company produces many equipment items and any of them in its configuration means a full-scale plant producing non-autoclave concrete blocks. Unlike producing autoclave aerated concrete, where the equipment cost is much higher and the prime cost of the product is also higher, Our ALC/NAAC production lines are designed and made so that even a novice can operate them.


UNDERSTAND PLANT TYPES :
All the lines may be divided into two categories: conveyor-type Molds and stationary Molds. Their major difference is:
Conveyor Line - Molds are moved via rail tracks and the Machines are stationary
Stationary Line - mixer and cuttersĀ  are moving via rail tracks along the row of Stationary molds.
Conveyor lines are easily automated and save the following:

  1. Room space, due to the small distance between the molds;
  2. Labor costs, as the output of products, is located in one place, unlike the stationary-type where the finished blocks have to be collected according to the molds layout.

Stationary lines are easier to assemble and any stationary line may be equipped to the conveyor one by installing rail tracks for molds and heat chambers for accelerated curing and making it completely automated.
Also these lines can be upgraded anytime to AAC plant by adding Autoclaves and Boiler.
Means: ALC plant can be converted to AAC.
Various models with different production capacities vary in the mixer size, Mold Size and number of molds.

All the equipment is of various productivity (up to 60 M3/Day) and you can choose the best option for yourself - in production capacity and price. The best thing is - any line can be modified..

  1. Increasing the number of molds you increase the production capacity of blocks per Day.
  2. Installing automated Cutting, you get the block of ideal geometry eliminating the human errors.
  3. Adding the automatic feed of Fly ash and cement (weighing dosing unit which measures the feedstock precisely) and you do not depend on the employees' work. You can also consider for storage silos for flyash and cement.
  4. Installing automatic batching system will reduce time for each mix cycle resulting more production per Day
  5. Heat chambers will help in gaining the strength of blocks faster.
