ABOUT AAC MACHINERY :

Production lines for AAC blocks vary in configuration and productivity, respectively. One should take several parameters into account in order to choose the equipment wisely: the required number of blocks (M3), the Land (space) and the budget.

Our company produces many equipment items and any of them in its configuration means a full-scale plant producing non-autoclave concrete blocks. Unlike producing autoclave aerated concrete, where the equipment cost is much higher and the prime cost of the product is also higher, Our ALC/NAAC production lines are designed and made so that even a novice can operate them.


UNDERSTAND PLANT TYPES :
All the lines may be divided into two categories:

  1. Simple Standard Molds
  2. Tilting Type Molds.

Simple Standard Molds Type - These are Low capacity startup models with standard trolley type molds. Here mold base trolley carries 3 or 4 Layers of blocks. Autoclave for this system is designed for Single rail of molds. Generally single cycle of autoclaving in vary from 7M3 - 13M3. Plant capacity with this system is 14M3 to 100 M3 per Day. Boiler required for this system is of low steam output compared to big plants. Generally 800KG/Hr to 1500KG/Hr.

Tilting Molds Type - These are Moderate capacity plants with Tilting Type Molds. Here Side Plate of filled mold carries 6Layers of Blocks after tilting the mold in 90 Degrees. Autoclave diameter is large enough to carry 2 Parallel Lines of molds. this increases production capacity per cycle. Boiler required for this system is comparatively higher steam output Generally 2000KG/Hr to 2500KG/Hr. Single cycle of autoclaving is 26 M3. Plant capacity with this system is 52M3 to 150 M3 per Day.

Productivity depends on automation of Feedstock (Raw material ) handling. i.e. Installing Silos for Cement and Flyash.

This is Smallest AAC Plant we make. Machines are similar to our ALC/NAAC 17M3 Plant. Mold volume is 0.86M3. 3 Layers of blocks in each mold.
Simplest system for AAC production made ever.
